1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DreamDictation, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use DreamDictation for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the app's proprietary code
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in DreamDictation

3. Subscription Services

DreamDictation may offer premium subscription services ("DreamDictation Pro"). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policy

4. Features & Content

DreamDictation provides tools for dictation practice. Premium features may include:

• Unlimited text scanning and import (OCR)
• Advanced review modes (e.g., Ebbinghaus Memory curve)
• Unlimited word library capacity
• Exclusive playback settings

5. Text Recognition Disclaimer

DreamDictation uses advanced AI (Apple Vision Framework) for text recognition and checking. While we strive for accuracy:

• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in handwriting recognition or text import
• Users should always verify the imported words and the checked results personally
• We are not responsible for any academic errors resulting from reliance on the app's recognition

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of the study lists and photos you import. DreamDictation does not claim ownership of any text or media you process with the app.

7. Limitations

In no event shall DreamDictation be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

8. Revisions

DreamDictation may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the app you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
